Re: Holmgren Estates East Phase 2
Dear Property Owner:
An application has been submitted to the City for an amendment to the Holmgren Estates East Subdivision Phase 2. You are being notified as a property owner per State and Local Ordinances of the proposed subdivision amendment.
The owner of lot 30, as shown on the enclosed map, desires to split lot 30 into two (2) lots. The original subdivision design was two lots, however, prior to recording the current plat, the developer combined the two lots into one lot. All utilities were originally installed for both lots.
Notice is hereby given that the Tremonton City Council will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the Civic Center at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments concerning this lot split.
