Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend an electronic public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 7:00 pm. The City Council will be considering a proposed text amendment to modify the development standards in the Jordan Bluffs Subareas 1-3 zone, Chapter 17-7-10.12 of the Midvale City Municipal Code. This request has been made by Ben Seastrand on behalf of Gardner Jordan Bluffs LC. This meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting. All those interested in participating may do so by viewing the meeting through the City's Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/MidvaleCity/ or listening on http://mixlr.com/midvalecity/. If you would like to provide comments or have questions on this item, please contact Alex Murphy, Planning Director, at amurphy@midvale.com or (801) 567-7231. All comments will be presented to and considered by the Council and made part of the public record. Midvale City is working on new ways for people to connect to public meetings remotely. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
