The North Logan City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The North Logan City tax on a $402,000 residence would increase from $300.25 to $330.10, which is $29.85 per year.
- The North Logan City tax on a $402,000 business would increase from $545.92 to $600.19, which is $54.27 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, North Logan City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 9.99% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
