Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission June 23, 2020 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Approval of minutes - May 12, 2020 3. New Business: a. Proposal to annex property 34.31 acres at approximately 10100 North 6800 West (Iowa String), which proposal includes requesting of amending the land use code for the allowance for subdividing with septic tanks and reduce water shares for large lot subdivisions - Gary Madsen, Bear River Development 4. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Cynthia Nelson no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted June 19, 2020, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
