NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. The Planning Commission will receive public comment regarding the following: Review/Recommendation on amendments to City Code, Title 10 related to the Board of Adjustment Review/Recommendation on amendments to City Code, Title 10 Chapter 5 related to fences Review/ Recommendation on amendments to City Code, Title 10 Chapter 6 related to landscape requirements Before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city website at www.cedarhills.org or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668. /s/ Colleen A.
