- SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the South Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING CHAPTER 17.03 TO INCLUDE AND ESTABLISH A NEW TEMPORARY TRANSITIONAL BENEFICIAL USE (TTBU) OVERLAY DISTRICT, CREATING NEW SECTION 17.03.260, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO INCLUDE THE NEWLY ESTABLISHED TTBU OVERLAY DISTRICT. Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding this petition to the Department of Community Development. In compliance with Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing auxiliary communicative aids or other services for this meeting should contact Taylor Greenwell at 801.412.3225, giving at least 24 hours notice.
