Description/Agenda

The Town of Genola Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Thursday July 2nd, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the public safety building located at 455 North Main, Genola Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on the Ordinances proposing amendments to our zoning codes: Title 20 Chapter 1 General Provision 20.01.07 the procedure for public hearings: Title 20 Chapter 03 Planning Commission 20.03.07 Compensation: Title 20 Chapter 13 R-1 Residential and Chapter 16 I-3 Heavy Industrial and restricting that they be adjacent to each other. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the proposed ordinances are available at the Genola Town office for review. Notice is further given that if the proposed amendments to the Ordinances are recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear these items at their July 8th, 2020 Council Meeting. The public is invited to attend and comment. Posted in the Genola Town Office, the Genola Public Safety Building, and the Utah Public Website on or before June 24th, 2020.
