NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (ELECTRONIC MEETING) JULY 1, 2020, 6:00 PM REQUEST: To hear public comment in regards to a conditional use permit expanding a motor vehicle fueling station (Maverik Inc.) located at 24 S. Geneva Rd, 48 S. Geneva Road, 78 S. Geneva Road and 100 S. Geneva Road in Vineyard Utah. The property is zoned Regional Mixed Use. CONTACT: Elizabeth Hart, Senior Planner (801) 226-1929 ext. 2 or email at elizabeth@vineyardutah.org. TIME & PLACE: The Planning Commission meeting will be held electronically on July 1, 2020 at 6:00 PM. The public will not be allowed to attend in person. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Elizabeth Hart at elizabeth@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting. All comments will be read into the record at the meeting. The hearing will be posted live for the public to view and to submit written comments during the meeting. The city will post instructions to join the meeting on the meeting agenda which is posted on the City Website www.vineyardutah.org. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Elizabeth Hart, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
