Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday July 1, 2020 to receive public input on a request to annex property into the municipal boundaries of Payson, Utah. The annexation sponsors, Jeff and Terrie Zeeman are requesting approval to annex property included in the proposed JT Valley Annexation located east of SR-198 at approximately 2100 South (approximately 3600 West and 12100 South, Utah County coordinates). The annexation contains four (4) parcels and 14.87 acres. The parcels are owned by: Jeffrey D & Terrie Lynn Zeeman and Shane D & Rhonda M Oliver. The city council meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be conducted in the City Council Chambers at the Payson City Center, 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Additional information regarding the proposed annexation may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
