TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL Special Business Meeting Agenda June 18, 2020 at 4:30 pm Please be advised that this Toquerville City Council Special Business Meeting will be held electronically via Zoom. Persons may send comments prior to the meeting to recorder@toquerville.org or they may be allowed to comment during the meeting via Zoom. To log in to the meeting you may do so by visiting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86918680700. A. CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Lynn Chamberlain B. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve an increase to the Certified Property Tax Levy Rate. 2. Discussion and possible action on a Development Agreement for Toquer Ridge (a master planned mix-use development) to occur upon Parcel Nos. T-103, T-3-0-34-3000, T-3-0-34-140, T-3-0-27-321, T-3166 and T-101-A consisting of approximately 715.72 acres submitted by Toquerville City and Lowe Land TK, LLC. C. ADJOURN: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Agenda will be posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, sent to the Spectrum Newspaper, and posted in four places at least 24 hours in advance of this meeting.
