- SALINA CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Salina City Council will be holding a Public Hearing on July 8, 2020, at 6:50 p.m. at Salina City Hall located at 90 West Main, Salina, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning an amendment to the Animal Ordinance Chapter 6.18-kennels section 6.18.020 permit required C-1. Proposed amendment is to distance kennels from adjacent dwellings. A copy of the Ordinance for inspection at the city recorder's office upon request at 90 West Main, Salina.
