8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order;
a. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2019/2020 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets.
b. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2020-2021.
c. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2020-2021.
d. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2020/2021 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund.
e. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2020/2021.
f. The City Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for approval a code amendment, to ratify chapter 10.15.010 titled Residential Site Development Standards, to set the height and size of accessory structures in Wellsville City.

10. Discuss and make decision on the Founders Day activities on September 7, 2020.
11. Scott Wells - Discuss Wellsville City fourth quarter financial statements for April.
12. Scott Wells - Discuss and identify those areas in Wellsville that are within 300 ft of sewer & need to be connected.
