- NEWTON PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA June 11, 2020, 7:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on June 11, 2020 in the Town Council Chambers at Newton Town Hall located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah. This will include a virtual meeting. If you would like to attend virtually or to speak on a specific agenda item, you must make a request with the Newton Town Clerk. Please email newtontown@comcast.net at least one hour prior to the meeting. MEETING AGENDA 1. Roll Call/Opening Ceremony - Justin Cooley 2. Approval of May 2020 minutes 3. Conditional Use Permit Application for accessory apartment, Brett & Chelsea Peterson, 159 North 200 East 4. Newton Hills preliminary subdivision review 5.
