PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold Public Hearings and Town Council meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) Town Council Meeting 6:00 p.m. I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance II. Public Hearing Town Council to hold a public hearing to discuss an application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for street improvement throughout the town. The CIB funds requested for the street improvement project is $2,2397,000 Public comment will also be taken on 2019/2020 amended budget and the proposed 2020/2021 budget and certified tax rate III. Appointments Doug Wood to discuss water availability and restrictions. IV. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Opening of 2019/2020 budget, by resolution, for revenue and expenditure adjustments as necessary in the general fund, special revenue, capital project and enterprise funds D. Budget adoption, by resolution, of the 2020/2021 budget and certified tax rate V. Department Business A. Beautification, Parks & Activities/4th of July B. Cemetery C. Roads D.
