- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on June 15, 2020 in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. New Fire Chief Cleveland Fire: Robert Thomas. 2. Approval of minutes for May 2020 meeting. 3. UFRA comments and business. 4. Emery County Regional Fire School. 5. State Fire Marshal's Office comments and business. 6. Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business. 7. BLM comments and business. 8. Mike Hales from Superior Equipment 9. By-Laws Update. 10. Vote on New By-Laws 11. 1022 Review 12. SOP'S 13. Discussion on Fire Truck Refurbishment Project. 14. SCBA Testing Update 15.
