Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Kelly Crafts. 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from May 19, 2020 2. Deputy's Report 3. Business License (Vega Enterprise, Terrie's Website Design) 4. Public Hearing on Ordinance 2020-13, an Ordinance rezoning Parcel Numbers 09-049-0046 and 09-049-0035 from RE-2 (Residential 2-Acre) to RMD (Residential Medium Density). The parcels are located at 272 North 300 East. The parcels total 5.70 Acres. 5. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2020-13. 6. Public Hearing on Ordinance 2020-11, an Ordinance amending Title 9-000 'Licensing, Control, and Regulation of Business and Construction', Part 9-111 'Definitions', and adding in its entirety Part 9-427 'Short Term Vacation Rental Rules & Requirements'. 7. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2020-11. 8. Public Hearing on Ordinance 2020-12, an Ordinance amending Chapter 12-500 'Administration', Part 12-503 'Rezoning of Land'. 9. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2020-12. 10. Public Hearing for the purpose of discussing amendments to the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020) and the new Fiscal Year 2021 Budget (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021). 11. Discussion and possible vote on amendments to the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget. 12. Discussion and possible vote on approving the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget. 13. Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2020-04, a Resolution amending the Prevailing Fee Schedule of the City. 14. Monthly financial review with discussion and decisions as necessary. 15.
