The Work Meeting: Agenda and line items reviewed. Additional discussion on Tomato Days Celebration 2020 0:00:01 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: CALL TO ORDER Mayor Fowers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 0:35:35 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & REVERENCE Reverence: Councilman Hill CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND DISCLOSURES Councilman Cave made an annoucment of conflict of intrest for agenda item 3, Quail Cove Subdivision. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES The minutes for the May 7th , 2020 Council meeting were reviewed. MOTION 0:33:54 made by Councilman Cave to approve the May 7th , 2020 meeting minutes. Seconded by Councilman Hill. Voting Yea: Councilman Paulsen, Councilman Cave, Councilman Ostler, Councilman Hill, Councilman Cox. Motion carried. CITIZEN COMMENT Agenda items only. Mayor Fowers opened the meeting for citizen comments on agenda items. No Comment. Comment Closed. REPORTS 2. Jared Hancock - Public Works Director Discussion: 0: 36:52 CITY BUSINESS 3. Public Hearing - Final Approval - Quail Cove Subdivision- Nine (9) lots, 3750 South and 5250 W., (5.7 acres) The purpose of this subdivision is to create nine (9) single family residential building lots on approximately 5.7 acres in the Citys R2 zone. Staff Overview: 0:55:53 Discussion: 0:58:26 MOTION 0:59:56 made by Councilman Paulsen to approve Quail Cove Subdivision as discussed. Seconded by Councilman Hill. Voting Yea: Councilman Paulsen, Councilman Ostler, Councilman Hill, Councilman Cox Voting Abstaining: Councilman Cave. Motion carried. CITIZEN COMMENT (Limited to three(3) minutes per speaker.) Mayor Fowers opened the meeting for additional public comment. No comment. Comment closed. ADJOURNMENT 7:31 p.m. Motion made by Councilman Cave, Seconded by Councilman Cox. Voting Yea: Councilman Paulsen, Councilman Cave, Councilman Ostler, Councilman Hill, Councilman Cox.
