Davis County Children's Justice Center Quarterly Advisory Board Meeting Agenda June 10, 2020 I. Welcome and motion to approve the March 11th meeting minutes: Commissioner Kamalu a. Introduction of new CJC Victim Services Coordinator Julie Stephenson: Tanya II. CJC Financial Report: Tanya a. CJC budget report: Tanya b. New FY21 allocation amount: 195,798 (2.8 % cut in funding) III. Quarterly CJC Statistical Report: Julie IV. Davis CJC Forensic Interview Specialist: Jill Bell was hired, she has conducted 37 interviews V. House Bill 10 Boards and Commission Amendments: Tanya VI. Changes to the scope of work in the new 5 year Contract with AG's office : VI. Canceled fundraisers/Fundraising updates: Tanya a. CJC Open House April 28 (canceled) b. Safe Kids Fair May 16th (canceled) c. Bike Sale May 2nd: was not canceled (raised close to 9,000) d. Golf tournament June 5th (canceled) e. Motorcycle ride (canceled) f. Gala Nov 7th (canceled) g. Clothing drive in full swing h. Possible Drive in Movie event in September or October Public Comments Motion to Adjourn The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday September 9th at noon Thank you!
