Discussion and Action on extending the Resolution Declaring an Emergency due to COVID 19; Resolution 04142020-001. 6. Final Budget Hearing for 2021 Fiscal Year; Open and Amend 2020 Fiscal Year Budget; Discussion and Action on the approval of the 2021 Fiscal Year Budget. 7.
