- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Kiesha Baldwin for a conditional use for a business license to operate a Snow Cone Shack at the Wellsville Community Center located 75 South 100 East. Tax Id. #10-019-0030
