MIKE HATCH - APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUMMER SPRINGS SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 1500 N. 770 W 4. RIDGEPOINT MANAGEMENT - APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ARROWHEAD SPRINGS MASTER PLAN DEVELOPMENT WITH DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND JON WARD, CHAIRMAN PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
