- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Land Use Hearing Officer will hold a Public Hearing for Variances on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Variance from City Code Section 10-9A-12: Permissible Lot Coverage (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Ryan Van Dorn for a variance from City Code Section 10-9A-12: Permissible Lot Coverage, which requires each lot or parcel of land in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone not to cover more than 30% of the area of the lot or parcel buildings, accessory buildings and structures. The property is located at approx. 532 W 2000 N in the CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone.
