The American Fork City Council will meet in a regular session on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, electronically, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:

COMMON CONSENT AGENDA
(Common Consent is that class of Council action that requires no further discussion or which is routine in nature. All items on the Common Consent Agenda are adopted by a single motion unless removed from the Common Consent Agenda.)
1. Approval of the May 12, 2020 city council minutes.
2. Approval of the May 19, 2020 work session minutes.
3. Approval of the May 26, 2020 city council minutes.
ACTION ITEMS
1. Ratification of city payments (May 20, 2020 to June 2, 2020) and approval of purchase requests over $25,000.
2. Review and action of a Reimbursement Agreement for JKG, LLC for improvements along 900 West.
3. Review and action of a Reimbursement Agreement for Woodside Homes of Utah, LLC for improvements along 700 South.
4. Review and Action of an Escrow Bond Agreement with Capital Community Bank & Jean Shoaee.
5. Review and action on an ordinance approving amendments to Section 15.01.220 and Section 17.9 of the American Fork City Code relating to the bonding process, release of funds, and warranty/completion periods.
6. Review and action on a resolution authorizing the city to pick up public safety and firefighter employee retirement contributions.
7. Review and action on an Economic Development and Services Agreement with the American Fork Chamber of Commerce.
8. Review and action on an ordinance amending Section 15.01.1525 to the American Fork City Municipal Code, a revised detail for 620/700 South cross section.
9. Consideration and action to enter into a closed session to discuss the character or professional competence of individuals, to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, to discuss the purchase, lease or sale of real property, or to discuss other items described in Utah State Code 52-4-204 and 52-4-205.
10. Adjournment.
