- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold four electronic public hearings on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 beginning as close to 6:30 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to review proposed updating and clarifying amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate to: 1. Grading and retaining wall standards 2. Building Corridor calculation requirements, 3. Development near waterways. 4. Holladay Village Design Standards Due to the current declared State of Emergency, the Planning Commission will hold virtual meetings until further notice as public gatherings are currently prohibited. Information on how comment and participate in the meeting can be found on the City's website and on the posted agenda. Interested parties are encouraged to watch the video stream of the meeting on the City of Holladay's Facebook page.
