- NOTICE AND AGENDA CITY OF WOODLAND HILLS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT June 10, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland Hills Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 5:00 pm. The Board of Adjustment meeting will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653. Interested parties may also participate via Zoom. A. Business and Discussion 1. David and Kimberly Patterson- 11192 South 200 West. Requesting a Variance from City Code for Yards on Corner Lots: 2. Jeffrey Garner- Oak Drive Requesting a Variance from the City Code for the setback of a driveway and to exceed the maximum allowable slope of a driveway. 3. Jim and Michelle Crump - 796 South Summit Creek Drive Requesting a variance from the City Code on the sizing of a driveway culvert and to grant a change in the allowable negative slope for a driveway. 4. Joe Wilkins -470 South Woodland Hills Drive. Requesting a Variance from the City Code for side setbacks to replace a deteriorated porch.
