The North Logan City Council hereby announces two public hearings to be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library (475 E 2500 N, North Logan, UT).
6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on amendment of the Aspen Meadows Subdivision adjusting the boundaries of lots twenty two (22), twenty three (23), and twenty four (24) with parcel numbers 04-116-0022, 04-116-0023, 04-116-0024, in the Aspen Meadows Subdivision located on Cottonwood Circle, moving lot lines to include portions of open space. (See Exhibit A)
6:40pm Public Hearing to receive public input on adjusting the boundary of lots 22 and 23 of the North Logan Retirement Residence subdivision and moving the Public Utility Easement located between the two parcels located at approximately 2313 N and 300 E, North Logan in accordance with Utah Code 10-a-609.5. (See Exhibit B)
