- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84374218221?pwd=Z0xMMUd5TmNJVVBRakFwM3p2eGx3Zz09 regarding the following matters: General Plan Map Amendment from Low-Density Residential to Commercial, 3.95 acres located at approx. 3500 West 1700 South Rezone Request from R-1 to Neighborhood Services, 3.95 acres located at approx. 3500 West 1700 South Major Conditional Use Permit for Storage Unit in the Neighborhood Services Zone, 3.95 acres located at approx. 3500 West 1700 South Dundee Subdivision Amendment, located at 1091 Loch Lomond Circle Proposed Text Amendment to ยง10.90.020 Permitted Uses Public comments will be accepted electronically at PlanningDepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (by mail) at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075 any time prior to the meeting. Comments received will be read for a maximum of three (3) minutes each and any unread remainder of any comments will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
