- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday June 24, 2020 beginning at 7:00 pm on the following applications: . Request by Geneva Rock to amend Title 19, Zoning Ordinance to allow concrete batch plants in the industrial zones. . Proposed amendments to the Payson City Code, specifically Title 19 (Zoning), Title 20 (Subdivision), and the Payson City Development Guidelines. . Imagine Payson update to the city's general plan, proposed strategic plan, and master plans (culinary water, pressurized irrigation, wastewater, storm drain, and transportation). The meeting will be conducted electronically via Zoom conferencing. The meeting link will be available on the Payson City website at www.paysonutah.org at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Any questions regarding the proposed amendments may be directed to the Development Services Department by calling (801) 465-5214. /s/ Jill K.
