PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele City Council will hold a public hearing during their business meeting scheduled for June 17, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the Tooele City Annexation Policy Plan for the purpose of identifying and including three new potential expansion areas into the Annexation Policy Plan and its accompanying Expansion Areas Mapping. Please be aware, however, Tooele City has implemented Governor Herbert's and Mayor Winn's emergency declarations regarding public gatherings for all public meetings, yet we still want to encourage public participation in our government. At this point in time we anticipate the public will again be able to attend this meeting in person at City Hall but also recognize the rapidly changing nature of health and safety orders regarding the COVID19 pandemic. We encourage al interested parties to look for the published agenda for this meeting on the City's website, www.tooelecity.org, which will contain instructions for participation in the meeting.
