- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct public hearings, via electronic or telephonic means, on June 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The hearings are for amendments to EMMC Chapter 17; including: - Warehouse Farming Overlay Zone Code Amendment - Business Park Zone Code Amendment Those interested in the proposed code amendments are encouraged to provide public comment through one of the following means: voicemail message at 801-789-6611, or through email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
