- The Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., regarding a Conditional Use Permit application by Jacqui Smalley for an Arts and Ag Center on her ranch property. Details on the CUP application and project plans are available on the town website http://boulder.utah.gov/ and attached to this notice.
