Notice of Public Meeting Agenda For the Planning Commission Of the Town of Genola

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Thursday, June 4, 2020. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items.
The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows:
Call to Order

c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Planning Commission's attention.
1. Report on Town Council Meeting by John Rosenberger.
2. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from May 7th, 2020.
3. Public hearing to receive public input regarding a proposed zone change from A-1 Agriculture to R-1 Residential zone for the property owned by Bryan Draper parcel # 29.035.0013 located at approximately 372 S State Genola.
4. Discussion and possible action on a proposed zone change from A-1 Agriculture to R-1 Residential zone for the property owned by Bryan Draper parcel # 29.035.0013 located at approximately 372 S State Genola.
5. Discussion and possible action on a lot line adjustment for Rose Draper and Jake Ellsworth parcel # 29.016.0060 and 29.016.0061.
6. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an Accessory Building on property owned by Rian Mason located at approximately 1580 N Hillside Dr in the Kerby Subdivision, Plat A Lot 1 Parcel #: 44.184.0001
7. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for new home for property owned by Eldon Greenwood located at approximately 71 S 600 E in the Riley Orchards Subdivision, Plat A Lot 1 Parcel #51.413.0001
8. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an Accessory Building on property owned by Rich Dresden located at approximately in the Riley Orchard Subdivision, Plat A Lot 3 Parcel #:51.413.0003.
9. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for Hay sheds on property owned by Colby Draper located at approximately Parcel #: 37.161.0002
10. Discussion with Brent and Holly Carter on property for sale and what can be done with it. Parcel # 32.011.0001.
11. Discussion on amending the Subdivision Ordinance to not allow a R1 Zone to be adjacent to an I3 Zone.
12. Discussion on drafting a Mining Ordinance.
