Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting June 9, 2020 The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 9th day of June 2020 at 6:00 p.m. This Commission meeting will not have an anchor location and will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Commission members will connect remotely. The meeting will be available to the public for live viewing. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join the audio via telephone. Approval of the minutes for the May 12, 2020 Regular Meeting. Information/Discussion/Non-action Items 1. Town Office Report - a. Approval of a Simple Building Permit for Tydon Oler to remodel a residence located at 490 E. Main, Rockville. b. Approval of a Simple Building Permit for Daron Cook to construct a greenhouse located at 20 N. Dennett Lane, Rockville. c. Approval of a Simple Building Permit for Melanie Madsen to construct a greenhouse located at 161 E. Main St., Rockville. 2. Planning Commission Administrative Business a. Next Planning Commission meeting will be July 14, 2020. This meeting will include the postponed public hearing for the presentation by Rural Community Consultants of the updated Rockville Land Use Code. 3. Adjourn Vicki S. Bell Town Clerk
