Hooper, UT 84315, at 7:00 PM on Thursday, June 04, 2020. The Work Meeting (open to public) This meeting will begin at 6:30 PM The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & REVERENCE CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND DISCLOSURES APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 1. Council Meeting Minutes for May 7th, 2020, draft 2. Council Budget Meeting Minutes for April 30th, 2020, draft REPORTS CITIZEN COMMENT Agenda Items Only (If you wish to make a comment to the Council, please use the podium and clearly state your name and address, keeping comments to a maximum of 3 minutes.) CITY BUSINESS 3. Final Approval - Joanstown Subdivision - 2 lots; 4450 W. 5500 S. 4. Final Approval - Presnell Subdivision; Two (2) lots, 5700 South and 6300 West 5. Final Approval - Ropelato Subdivision; One (1) lot, 4243 South and 6300 West. 6. Public Hearing - to amend the 2019-2020 Budget, R-2020-01 7. Public Hearing - Adopt 2020-2021 Budget, R-2020-02 8. Public Hearing - Adopt 2020-2021 Certified tax rate, R-2020-03 CITIZEN COMMENT (Limited to three(3) minutes per speaker.)
