Description/Agenda: The Brian Head Town Council acting as the governing body for the Brian Head Special Service District and Redevelopment Agency will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the Fiscal Year 2020 Amended Budgets for the Town, RDA and SSD ending June 30, 2020. The Public Hearing will be held on June 9, 2020 via Zoom Meetings or at the Brian Head Town Hall Council Chambers, 56 North Hwy 143, Brian Head, UT, during the regular meeting of the Brian Head Town Council scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The Town Council/Board will receive comments from the public during this time. Written Comments must be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than noon on June 9, 2020. Those attending via Zoom Meetings will find the meeting link on the posted agenda.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh 435-677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: As per Ordinance 18-003, allowing Town public bodies to participate in meetings by electronic communication means.
