PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 11th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Due to health concerns with direct contact regarding COVID-19, the Planning Commission Meeting will be held electronically with commissioners joining remotely through video conferencing from offsite locations. The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public comments are accepted during the regular business session, either by personal presence at our anchor location mentioned above or through the comment session in the YouTube website. Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approx. 980 W 1930 N (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Ronald Nordhagen to apply the R1-20 (Single Family Residential) Zone to approximately 1.49 acres on property currently zoned R-R (Rural Residential) Zone, located at approximately 980 West 1930 North.
