- NIBLEY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Thursday, June 11, 2020 - 6:30 p.m. The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following Resolution and Ordinance: Resolution 20-05: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-20, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY AND OTHER BUDGETARY MATTERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-21 AND ADJUSTING CERTAIN FEES AND PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES (First Reading) Ordinance 20-11: An Ordinance Providing for the Compensation of Elected and Statutory Officers of Nibley City (First Reading) When: Thursday, June 11, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
