Public hearing and consideration of Image Signs & Lighting's requests for approval of a conditional use permit for the Ken Garff- Jaguar Land Rover pylon sign located at 2302 North Ashton Blvd. Public hearing and recommendation of Casey Hansen's request for review of the Hansen zone change, changing the zoning on .33-acres of property located at 1045 West Main Street from RA-1 (residential/agriculture) to NC (neighborhood commercial).
