CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and regular Council Meeting on the 2nd day of June, 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. New Business - Cache County Sheriff Chad Jensen - Law Enforcement and Animal Control Contracts - Business License Application - Poppin' Pets - Allee Buttars - Business License Application - Soda Shack - Logan & Paige Draney - Ordinance 20-02 'An Ordinance Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2020 Amended Budget' - Ordinance 20-03 'An Ordinance Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2021 Budget' - Resolution 20-08 'A Resolution Appointing a Deputy/Cemetery Clerk For the Town of Clarkston, County of Cache, State of Utah 4. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - NLC Service Warranty Program Councilmember N. Sparks - May Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M.
