RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2020 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located near 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Delwin Craig is requesting approval of Craig View Estates, a 4-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 2021 West 11800 South. - R. Dale Huffaker & Belinda Altamirano have requested a conditional use for a home-based business, 'Fantasy Floss', to be located at 4976 West Duncan Meadow Lane. - Howard Schmidt is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a private lane and fence improvements proposed at 13791 South 3870 West. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted up to 5:00 pm on the day of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission.
