- NOTICE AND AGENDA SOUTH OGDEN CITY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY BOARD MEETING TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2020 - 6:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Community Development and Renewal Agency will hold a meeting at 6 pm Tuesday, June 2, 2020. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers. The meeting is open to the public; however, the city will abide by all COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the meeting, including social distancing and number of people allowed to gather at one time. PUBLIC HEARING To Receive and Consider Comments on the Proposed City Center Community Reinvestment Area Budget IV. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS A. Consideration of CDRA Resolution 20-08 - Approving an LOI with Seasons on Riverdale Concerning Lincoln Avenue V. ADJOURN
