THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN FAIRWAY ESTATES SPECIAL SERVICE RECREATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING An electronic public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Fairway Estates Special Service Recreation District on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed annual budget for FY2020-202. A copy of the budget will be available for public inspection for a period of 10 days prior to the public hearing and can be viewed online at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/city-budget. The final budget will be considered for adoption on June 24, 2020. This will be an electronic meeting pursuant to the West Jordan Local Emergency Proclamation and may be viewed on the City of West Jordan's YouTube channel at https://bit.ly/WestJordan. If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit our website at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/agendas to learn how you can share your comments during the meeting. Comments may also be provided by calling the 24-Hour Public Comment Line prior to the meeting at (801)569-5052 or sending an email to councilcomments@westjordan.utah.gov. For more information please contact the City Recorders Office at (801) 569-5115. If you wish to speak on the item, comments will be limited to 3 minutes. Agenda items are subject to change and may be reordered or tabled by the City Council. Copies of the agenda packet for this meeting will be available on the City's website at www.westjordan.utah.gov approximately 4 days prior to the meeting. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

One or more councilmembers may participate electronically in this meeting by way of telephone, FaceTime, Skype or other comparable online video conferencing technology per Utah Code (§52-4-207) and West Jordan City Ordinance 1-13-1-E. Members participation via electronic communication will be broadcast and amplified so other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear or see the communication.
