Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a) The City Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for approval a request from Joshua & Leah Young for a conditional use for a basketball court and play ground in the designated open space on their property. Located at 106 West 1400 South. Tax Id. #10-080-0003 b) The City Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for approval of resolution 2020-05, to set a green waste fee for all households in Wellsville City, to cover the cost of the green waste bin from May through September. 9. Loren Anderson - Business License 10. Kolby Rowser - Discuss sewer on 200 East 350 North. 11. Certification of annexation petition for Paul L. & Kindra J. Freed property. 12. Scott Wells - Discuss and identify those areas in Wellsville that are within 300 ft of sewer & need to be connected. 13. Jerald Leishman - Discuss Fireworks restrictions for the year 2020. The restricted areas would include areas west of 200 West and areas south of 900 South in Wellsville City. 14. Scott Wells - Discuss right of way access to the Josh Gunnell property at 200 East 100 South. 15. Department reports. 16. City Manager/Recorders report
