Description/Agenda: Emery County Building & Zoning Department NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Tucker Minor Subdivision Hearing The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 2, 2020 at 9:00 am in the Box Room, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive input on a proposed 2 lot minor subdivision located near Elmo, UT . The subdivision application was received from Patricia Tucker. The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery County: Legal Description and Map attached. Following the public hearing, the Zoning Administrator, serving as the Land Use Authority will consider approval of the application for the subdivision.
