- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville City Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Those wishing to make a public comment during this meeting may attend the meeting in-person or may submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov or publiccomment@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone, and via voicemail at (801) 963-5400 ext. 3709, no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members. All comments received are shared with the Planning Commission and added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Svetlana Bryner is requesting a Zoning Map amendment from R-1-10 to R-1-5 for the property located at 4645 S. 1175 W. File #6Z20. The file is available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
