Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings, via electronic or telephonic means, on June 9, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for: - Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center: A proposal to consider rezoning property on the northwest corner of Eagle Mountain Boulevard and Pony Express Parkway to Commercial Community and MF2 zones to allow for commercial retail / office and possible multi-family residential; and, - Sweetwater Industrial Overlay Zone: An application to rezone property south of Tiffany Lane and west of Pony Express Parkway to add the overlay zone to the Sweetwater Industrial Project. Those interested in the proposed code amendments are encouraged to provide public comment through one of the following means: voicemail message at 801-789-6611, or through email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings.
