- To be published on Monday, June 1, 2020, in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 11, 2020, to receive public comment on a proposal for a land use map amendment and zoning map amendment. The applicant is requesting a land use map amendment for the southern half of the subject property from Town Center to Neighborhood Commercial. The proposed zoning map amendment would change the designation for the entire site from RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 square foot lot minimum) to CC (Community Commercial). The property is located at approximately 736 E. 12300 South, 763 E. Pioneer Road and 749 E. Pioneer Road. Application numbers: TEXTMAP-1006-2020 and TEXTMAP-973-2020. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City's website.
