PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA
The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session.

(Mud Hole Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Clay M. Liston for a 7-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Merrill Liston Estates Plat 'A,' on property located at approximately 900 W 1100 North in the R1-7 (Single Family Residential) Zone.
2. Public Hearing: Conditional Use - Joint use Parking for properties located at approx. 197 S Pleasant Grove Blvd

Public Hearing to consider the request of Roger Harding for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a joint parking use between a proposed office building on property owned by the applicant located at approx. 197 S Pleasant Grove Boulevard and the adjacent property owned by Pleasant Grove City located East of the aforementioned property in the Commercial Sales Subdistrict of the Grove Zone.

Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-9B-7-F2: Single Family Residential, Height Considerations for accessory structures, eliminating the conditional use requirements and modifying the qualifying provisions for the height of accessory structures in all the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zones.
4. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment -Section 10-9A-8-2A - Yard Requirements

Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-9A-8-2A, Yard Requirements, eliminating the conditional use requirements for height considerations for accessory structures in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.
5. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment -Section 10-9B-7-F3 - Yard Requirements

Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-9B-7-F3: Single Family Residential, Size Considerations for accessory buildings, eliminating the conditional use requirements and modifying the qualifying provisions for the area of accessory structures in all the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zones.
6. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment -Section 10-15-38 - Fencing Standards

Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-15-38, Fencing Standards, modifying the requirements for the installation of fences over six feet tall (6').
Review and approve the minutes from May 14, 2020 Planning Commission Meeting.
