NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold consecutive Public Hearings along with a meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. Rock Creek Dr. ~ Heather Anderson 5. Review and Proposed Approval of Home Occupation, Brows by Chelaynie ~ Chelaynie Anderson at 137 W. 100 South 6. Review and Proposed Approval of Home Occupation, Kaeli Forsyth Young Cleaning Services at approximately 186 W. 100 No., Kaeli Young 7. Proposed Approval of Minor Subdivision at approximately 350 West 100 South, Lot #S2310, Jeff Applegate 8.
