Discussion with possible approval of awarding a bid to paint the HTS (Old Church) 6. Discussion of 2020 Amended Budget and Proposed 2021 Budget 7. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER TWO OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). 8. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER EIGHT OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). 9. AN ORDINANCE AMMENDING THE EXCAVATION PERMIT REQUIREMENT EXEPTIONS IN VULU CHAPTER 1 10. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER THIRTY OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). 11. AN ORDINANCE AMMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 16 (RESIDENTIAL ZONE) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CONTINUITY BETWEEN OTHER SECTIONS OF VULU. 12. AN ORDINANCE EXPRESSLY DEFINING AND REGULATING THE PROPOSED MULTI-USE OVERLAY ZONE, ADDING DEFINITION VULU. 13. AMMENDING STR ORDINANCE, AND CONGREGATE LIVING FACILITY ORDANANCE IN VULU. 14. AN ORDINANCE WHICH ADDS A PURPOSE SECTION TO THE EXISTING OUTDOOR LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS 15. Open Forum: Limit 2 minutes per speaker 16. Council Comments: 17.
